Delete your account

Updated 2 October 2026.

Ask for your Parajlija account, and everything in it, to be deleted. You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to be able to sign in.

Request deletion

At most 500 characters. Do not put your password here.

This address is used only to find the account and to write back about this request. What is kept

If you can still sign in, do it yourself

The app starts it at once, with nobody to wait for: open Settings and choose Delete account. Confirm with your password — or, if you sign in with Google, Apple or Microsoft, by signing in with it again. If you own a profile that other people share, hand it over or stop sharing it first. The form on this page exists for the case the app cannot cover: you have uninstalled it, or you can no longer sign in.

If you started without an email address

If you began with Start and never added an email address or a sign-in, this form cannot find your account: it looks an account up by its address, and yours has none. Delete it in the app instead — open Settings and choose Delete account. Nothing needs a password; the phone itself is how the app knows it is you.

What happens after you send the form

It goes into a queue a person reads. This form asks for nothing but an address, so anyone could type in yours; we may write back to confirm it is really you before touching anything. Once the deletion does start, the account is locked out the same moment and is erased for good seven days later. Those seven days are there so a request sent by mistake, or by somebody else, can still be undone.

What is deleted

Everything in the account: your sign-in details — including any Google, Apple or Microsoft sign-in linked to it — every profile you own, and every receipt, line item, label, category, rule, loan and warranty in them. It is removed from the database outright rather than hidden, and it cannot be recovered afterwards — including by us. To keep a copy, save an encrypted backup from the app’s Settings before you send this, if you still can.

What is kept, and why

One record survives, with your address removed from it rather than left sitting there: that this deletion request was made and carried out. What remains is the fact that it happened, with nothing tying it to you. It stays because a record of what was done when somebody asked to leave is the one thing that should outlive them — a ledger that erases itself proves nothing.

If you never had an account

If you never got as far as an account, there is nothing under your address to delete. Send this form anyway and say so in the note; an operator checks, finds no account, and marks the request done.
